He was predeceased by : his mother Melissa Gail Davis of Club Springs, TN.; his great-grandparents, Harold Pitman, Sr., Mary Etta Pitman, Jim Hunter, Ben Thompson, Trudy Thompson and Sam Davis, Jr.; and his uncle Jeffery Pitman.

He is survived by : his father Jeremy Shane Pitman of Hickman, TN.; his girlfriend Macey Meadows; his siblings, James Pitman, Mercedes Cornett and A. J. Cornett; his grandfather Kenneth Cornett, Jr.; his great-grandparents, Frances Hunter and Earlene Davis; his stepfather Kenneth Cornett; his uncle Jimmy Davis; and his aunt April Davis.

The family requests memorials be made to assist with funeral expenses.
