She is survived by : her grandchildren, Brian Smith (Ann) of Gordonsville, TN, Rachel Smith (Rubin Vealey) of Buffalo Valley, TN and Elizabeth White (Bobby Sanders) of Cookeville, TN.; and her great grandchildren, Bryson Smith, Kynadie Smith, Kambri Smith, Ella Sanders and Bethanie Goolsby (Andrew).
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made to Life House Church in Buffalo Valley, TN.
