He is survived by: his wife Eunice Ann Campbell Manning; his children, Marcia Gregory (Kelvin), Tammy Woodard (Randall), Tommy Manning (Amy) and Mike Manning (Teresa); his grandchildren, Logan Gregory (Amanda Rathburn), John Woodard, Jacob Woodard, Nathan Manning (Victoria), Ashley Sackman (Nick), Meagan Manning, Luke Manning and Allie Manning; his great grandchildren, Sara, Emma, Carter, Maya Manning, Andrew and Archer Sackman; his siblings, Carolyn Hyde and Donnie Manning; and his sister-in-law Gyla Manning.
