He was predeceased by : his father Buford Manning; and his siblings, Bobby Gene Manning, Martha Hite and Buddy Manning. He is survived by : his wife Eunice Ann Campbell Manning; his children, Marcia Gregory (Kelvin), Tammy Woodard (Randall), Tommy Manning (Amy) and Mike Manning (Teresa); his grandchildren, Logan Gregory (Amanda Rathburn), John Woodard, Jacob Woodard, Nathan Manning (Victoria), Ashley Sackman (Nick), Meagan Manning, Luke Manning and Allie Manning; his great grandchildren, Sara, Emma, Carter, Maya Manning, Andrew and Archer Sackman; his siblings, Carolyn Hyde and Donnie Manning; and his sister-in-law Gyla Manning.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gordonsville Chapel of Bass Funeral Home (71 E Main St, Gordonsville, TN 38563). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Jordan Hackett Foundation or the charity of your choice.
