He is survived by: his son Finn Cooley Mullen; his parents, Tobias "Toby" Joseph Mullen, IV and Lynda Quarles Mullen; his partner Alexis Cooley; and his sisters, Melissa Castrillo (Shawn) and Amanda Mullen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws.
