She was predeceased by: her parents, Clendon Blakeley and Ruth Blakeley; her granddaughter Norah Purkey; and her parents-in-law, Roy Thompson Purkey, Sr. and Gladys Purkey.
She is survived by: her brother Robert "Bob" Blakeley; her husband Roy Thompson "Tommy" Purkey, Jr.; her children, Jonathan Purkey (Whitney), Justin Purkey (Lisa), Marc Purkey (Leslie) and Elizabeth Tharpe (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Gracie, Mary Kate, Sarah, Mason, Jake, Sawyer, Dylan, Jack, JohnBlake, Grayson, Bennett, Lane, Isabella, Luke and Lucy. She is also survived by brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
