Sandra Marie Sorrell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Marie Sorrell of Hermitage, Tennessee, who passed away on May 9, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Sorrell; her parents, Obie Burton and Lillian Burton; her brothers, Obie Carl Burton and William Finis Burton; her parents-in-law, Irene and W. P. Burroughs; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Denver Sorrell (Bobby) and Buddy Poole (Junior).
She is survived by: her brother Kenneth Burton (Patricia) of Nashville, TN; her sisters-in-law, Anne Ray Sorrell of Watertown, TN and Linda Poole of Kingston, TN; her uncle Roy Eugene; and her aunt Bettye Black of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be sent to Samaritan's Purse, P. O. Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607 (Designate for "U. S. Disaster Relief").
