He is survived by: his wife Dianne "Dee" Beals; his children, Christy Beals McCord (Scott) and Taylor Beals (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Evan Christian (Tommi), Austin Christian (Kelly), Cyan Beals Valdes (Hunter), Samuel Beals IV, Danielle McCord Baird (Elijah) and Caleb McCord; and his great grandchildren, Eliott Baird, Banks Baird, Blair Christian and Baby Christian.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Woodbine Funeral Home-Hickory Chapel (5852 Nolensville Pk, Nashville, TN 37211). The military honors will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Animal rescue at Hip Donelson Inc. It is very important to honor Sam's love of animals as well as his desire to make sure that all animals have a loving forever home.
