He is survived by: his significant other Vanessa Culwell; his children, Tonya Scott (Billy Jack), Roger Wayne Henry Jr. and Joshua Culwell (Jerry); his grandchildren, Donovan Meador, Chyanne Meador, Brynley Scott and Noah Henry; his great grandchildren, Kinslee Danielle Kaylor and Liam Meador Hernandez; and his siblings, Bessie Harper, Kenneth Henry (Barbara), Barbara Denning (James), Carolyn Biship (Anthony) and Debi Rife (Tracy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews a large extended family.
