He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foster and Bessie Foster; and his sons, Thomas Foster, James Timothy Foster and Kevin Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Collette Foster; his children, David Foster (Kathy), Linda Walshaw and Melissa Jaramillo (Art); his grandchildren, David Lee Foster (Natalie), Nathan Foster (Jillian), Phillip Foster (Amanda), Alex Walshaw, Jennifer Jaramillo (Jaseson), Aneda Jaramillo, Arthur A. Jaramillo (Kelly), Johnathon Kornblee, Stephen Kornblee, Joseph Kornblee, Magdalena Jaramillo, Thomas Jaramillo, Benjamin Jaramillo, Cecelia Jaramillo, Rebekah Jaramillo, Christina Jaramillo and Regina Jaramillo; and his niece Margaret Louise Norton. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
