He is survived by: his wife Phyllis West; his children, Tracey West, Amy McCann (Jeff), Ginger Chumley Woodside (Mark) and David Chumley (Stephenie); his grandchildren, Peyton Keen, Devlyn Chumley (Adeleshia), David Austin Chumley (Whitney), Caitlyn Woodside, Norman Justin Chumley, Bailey Graves, Lauryn Chumley, Benjamin Graves and Zeta Miller; his great grandchildren, Jamie Harris, Charlotte Chumley, Jax Lenahan and Chloe Chumley; and his sister-in-law Diane West.
