He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Randell Jennings, Sr. and Neva Marie Kiser Jennings. He is survived by: his wife Darcel "Darcey" Denton Jennings; his children, Katie Margeson of Alabama and Jeremy Mosley of Tennessee; his siblings, Yvonne Kittrell (Rickey) of Lebanon and David Jennings (Susan) of Lebanon; and his nieces, Whitney McGill (Joe), Katlyn, Kara Coleman and Bailee Fye.

In Lieu of Flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
