He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Ralph Woodrow Williams; his wife Phyllis Williams; his brother-in-law Mike Mitchell; his son Shane; his daughter-in-law Kristi Williams; his grandchildren, Rachel, Colton Williams, Andrew, Jacob and Hannah Pangle; his mother Era Lay Williams; his sister-in-law Ginger Williams; and his sister Peggy Mitchell. He was also cherished by several extended family members and friends.
