She was predeceased by: her father Denzil H. Pratt; her stepfather Glen A. Sadler; her mother Mary Blanche Pratt Sadler (Davisson); her husband James H. Wakefield, Jr.; and her siblings, Nancy Jean Davis (Pratt) and Roger L. Sadler.

She is survived by: her children, Denise C. Wakefield and James H. Wakefield, III; and her grandchildren, James H. Wakefield, IV and Isabelle Beyer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
