Leocadia was predeceased by: husband Norberto Tavers; and parents, Elpido Monegro and Celia Monegro. Leocadia is survived by: children, Ramon Lantigua, Maria Lantigua, Johanny Lantiqua, Junior Fajardo and Vladimer Fajardo. Leocadia is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
