Joyce B. Thomas Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce B. Thomas of Hermitage, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 3, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Creed Daniel Thomas; her parents, Lawrence Barber and Allie Barber; and her siblings, Oland Barber, Wilma McGinnis and Norma Bailey.
She is survived by: her son Stephen Thomas (Candice) of Mt. Juliet; her grandchildren, Chris Thomas (Tara), Greg Thomas (Kelly) and Allison Weathers (Darren); and her great grandchildren, Dalton Parish, Skyler Thomas, Chloe Thomas, Jackson Thomas, Ella Thomas, Clayton Thomas, Aubrey Weathers and Owen Weathers.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Whitwell Memorial Funeral Home, Inc. (795 Morrison Springs Rd, Whitwell, TN 37397). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
