He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Ruth Warren Parris; and his parents, Elzie Paris and Jessie Paris. He is survived by: his son John Patrick Paris (Arlie); his granddaughter Kyra Maria Paris; his sister Sherry Janicke; and his niece Samantha Janicke-Lively.
