He was predeceased by: his mother Dessie Maude Gentry; his sister Christine Fletcher; and his grandson Davey Keith Stout. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Gentry; his children, Judy Stout (Blaine), Vance Gentry (Lisa), Sharon Sala and Loretta Johnson (Wayne); his grandchildren, Shania Sala, Austin Sala, Rheshauna Johnson, Destiny Johnson and Sebastian Johnson; and his siblings, Georgia Isaacs, Joy Wolfe, Frankie Gentry (Rose), Charlie Gentry and Ed Gentry. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
