She was predeceased by: her parents, William Alfred Wiser and Penny Irene Charles Wiser; her husband Charles Thomas Smartt; her son Michael Charles Smartt; and her siblings, Herman Wiser, Frances Huddleston, Wilma Lasiter and Louise Peay.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Gale Black and Vicki Lynne West (Marshall); her daughter-in-law Melonie Smartt; and her siblings, John Clayton Wiser (Emily), Leighton Wiser and Barbara Livesay. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
