He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Jean and Norma Jean (Tatum); and his wife Pam. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey (Margaret) and Jameson (Toni); his granddaughters, Willow, MacKenzie and Mallory; his great grandchild Abel; and his brothers, Hal Evetts and Bobby Evetts.
