He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom (Ann Fortier) and Jim. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Ann Rutherford; his siblings, Lee (Georgianna), Tom Fortier (Yolanda) and Kimberly Jones (Casey); and his sisters-in-law, Susan Allen (Phil) and Deanna Perry (Charles).
