She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Akin and Martha Benson Akin. She is survived by: her sons, Joe Wallace Wood Jr. (Cindy) of Hermitage, TN and Todd Wood (Christy) of Hermitage, TN; her grandchildren, Jack Robert Wood of Cedar Hill, TN, Taylar Brooke Wood of Hermitage, TN, Brittany Danielle Wood of Hermitage, TN and Robert Justin Knight of Murfreesboro, TN; her great grandchildren, Ethan Robert Wood, Evan Kenneth Wood and Robert Asher Knight; and her pets, Honey and Rosie.
