We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2021, at the age of 87, Irene Jennings of Hermitage, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carl and Geneva Walden Gibbs; her daughter Pamela Reed; and her siblings, Margie Reynolds, Ruby Reynolds, William Carl Gibbs, Jr. and Danny Gibbs.
She is survived by: her husband James Jennings of Hermitage; her daughters, Frances Christanson (Chet) of Greenbrier, TN and Angela Turcotte of Nashville; her grandchildren, Teresa Brogdon (Roscoe), Tracey Bogle and Julie Petty; and her siblings, DeEtte Shelton of Dowelltown, Jewell Ponder (Bobby) of Smithville, Alma Montgomery (Jerry) of Dowelltown and Billy Gibbs of Dowelltown. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
