He is survived by: his wife Donna Burnett; his siblings, Gayle Gilchrist, Judy Derryberry, Kathy Burton and Robert Burnett; his friend Marcy (Dale Hood-Anderson); and his siblings-in-law, Diane Gross, Beverly Castrovinci, Sharon Neeley, Randy Odom (Debra) and Bruce Odom.
