He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Alice Theobald (Haskins) and William Richard Theobald; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy Schriefer and Robert Allen Flick. He is survived by: his significant other Pauline Mae Theobald; his daughters, Jessica, Orione Bean and Jennifer Theobald; his granddaughters, Sydney and Addison; his brothers, Bruce Theobald (Melanie Adams), Kevin (Elizabeth Theobald), Brent (Terri Theobald) and Bradford (Donna Theobald); and his sisters-in-law, Patricia, Alfons Farr, Pamela, Sven Kupfer, Pennie, Dieter Zeitler, Paulette and Siat Haskowich. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
