He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Pearson and Mamie Pearson; and his nephew Michael Pearson. He is survived by: his brother Gene Pearson (Reba); his nieces, Deanna Lindsey (Roger Simcox) and Angela Carson (Andy); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lindi Porter (Joe), Drew Carson, Nicholas Lindsey, Heath and Haley Pearson.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested to donate to the American Cancer Society.
