She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Rye and Mary Lena Perry Rye; her daughter Gayla Osborne; her granddaughter Jennifer Stone; her great grandchild Tyler Kania; and her sisters, Mary Hazel Warrick and Anne Rye Deason.

She is survived by: her daughters, Judith Strange-Caneer and Alice Rye Williams; her grandchildren, Gina Osborne, Galina Osborne, Tonya Miller, Tera Kania, Ben Dunn Jr., Jeremy Stone and Ron Stone Jr.; her great grandchildren, Blake Burton, Eric Miller, Casey Kania, Holly Crowder, Michelle Street, Andrea Street, Wesley Street, Carter Stone and Conner Stone; and her great great grandchildren, Krista Burton and Mattie Burton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
