He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Winkler and Alma Winkler; his wife Mary; his daughter Margaret (Terry); his granddaughter Sarah; and his siblings, Howard (Pris), Ronnie, Linda (Johnny), Donna and Carolyn (Mike). He was also cherished by sixteen nephews and nieces.
