He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorris Berlin and Mabel Helen Bosworth (Gordon); and his brothers, Larry and Berlin. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Coy; his daughter Crissy; his son-in-law Ken; his siblings, Sonya Ernst (Bosworth) of Dayton and Edward Bosworth of Escondido, CA; his son Dennis Jon Bosworth of Union, MO; and his granddaughter Taylor Bosworth of Rolla, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
