It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Sue Smith of Hermitage, Tennessee, who passed away on January 12, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otha D. Shive and Era A. Turner Shive; and her siblings, Keith Shive (Linda) and Leoma Shive White (Harlie). She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Smith (Pete Venable) of Panama City, Heather Knott (James Judkins) of Shelbyville and Monica McCarthy of Spring Hill, Tennessee.; her brother Welbie Shive (Janice) of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Cecilia Pierce, Luke McCarthy, Dawson Venable, Kinsey McCarthy, Ashley Knott, Colton Knott and Ashlyn Knott; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Elijah, Phoenix, Echo and Wilder Pierce.
