She is survived by: her husband Richard Allen; her sons, Robert Swafford (Cindy) and Jason Swafford (Misty); and her siblings, Barbara Johnson, Cindy Fisher, Sandy Laney, Jason Wakefield and Roger Wakefield. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
