She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Grimes and Myrtle Grimes. She is survived by: her husband Dan Loftin of Nashville; her children, Cynthia Lovely (Sean) of Smyrna, Tennessee and Mark Loftin (Yolanda) of Smyrna, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Max and Kathryn.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to local no-kill animal shelters and rescues.
