He is survived by: his wife Teresa Estes Keatts; his children, Tonya Marie Keatts (Davey), Amber Michelle Keatts (Jay) and Rebecca Morgan Keatts; his grandchildren, Daniel Marion Keatts, Katlyn Lee Withers, Mariah Mae Dewalt, Jaylee Grace Dewalt and Elijah Keatts Killan; his siblings, Marilyn Yarbough Loeb (Danny) and James David Eads; his mother-in-law Jimmie Sue Estes; and his sisters-in-law, Pam Ratley (Jackie), Tammie Keckler (Darryl), Lynn Taylor (Joe), Cindy Harrison and Betty Sue.
