She was predeceased by: her husband William O. McKinnon; her son William Scott McKinnon; and her brothers, Doug Franklin, Ray Franklin and Terry Franklin.
She is survived by: her siblings, Willis Franklin, Jr. (Liz) and Phyllis Myatt (Bill). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
