She is survived by: her daughter Blanche Brabender; her grandchildren, Matthew Brabender (Rachel), Nicole Samples (Shannon) and Christopher Van Horn (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Brittney McCrary, Colton Brabender, McKenna Samples and Maggie Samples; her sisters, Elene Miller Monroe and Florene Miller Ivy; her daughter-in-law Susan Van Horn; and also Paul Van Horn (Janice).
