He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Saval and Beatrice Saval (Gold); and his sister Karen Platt. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Scrofne (Mike) of Old Hickory, TN and Michael Saval of Reston, VA.; his nephew Jeffrey Platt of Bloomington, IL.; and his grandson Samuel Scrofne.
