He is survived by: his sons, Ethan Matheney and Eli Matheney; his parents, Danny Ray Matheney (Jama) and Rhonda Sapp; his siblings, Ashley Tharpe (Armon), Beth Trivett (Tim), Mellisa Lewis and Ketth Wiley; his grandparents, Paul D. "Huck" Matheney, Virginia Matheney and Wilma Robson; and his niece Allexus Grace Leftwich. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and a large extended family.
