He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Bruce and Ida Lee Lambert Mosby; and his siblings, Wilma Louise Moore, Chestine VerJine Mosby, Daisy Elverna Mosby Lewis, Helen Bernice Mosby Torrence, Elizabeth Abigail Mosby Patton and James Satil Mosby.
He is survived by: his wife Helen; his sister Chesteyna Mosby Turner; and his sister-in-law Teresa Thompson Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
