He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Goans and Dorthy Goans (Phillips); and his siblings, Johnny, Columbus Goans, Thelma Burns, Margie Sieber, Pearl Goans and Gail Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Paula Sellers (David) and Jason Goans (Brandy); his siblings, Steve, Terry, Joe Goans and Loretta Vineyard (Jerry); his grandchildren, Hanna, JonPaul Sellers, Samuel Goans (McKenzie) and Carly Goans; his great grandchild Zayden Goans; his stepdaughters, Melissa Gulley (Chris) and Angela Debusk; and his stepgrandchildren, Hayley Davis (Jordan), Raegan Gulley, William Debusk and Grayson Debusk.
