He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Robinson and Evie Sue Davis Robinson; his stepfather Artis Green Tubbs (Nellie Gray Brunt); his siblings, Shirley Tesneir and Bill Tubbs; his son-in-law Sam Sanchez; and his brother-in-law Calvin "Jack" Murray.
He is survived by: his children, Betty Sanchez of Henry, Ginger Cobb (Joe) of Tuscumbia, AL, Tim Robinson of Jackson, Donnie York of Selmer, TN and Danny Robinson (Barbara) of Alamo, TN; and his sister Edna Murray of McKenzie. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
