She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Schnelker and Elanor Phillips; and her husband Edward Willey. She is survived by: her children, Valerie Carls of Henry, Vicki Page (Henry) of Cottage Grove, Kelly Jahn (Jeff) of Ohio and Daniel Carls (Colleen) of Conroe, Texas; her nieces, Deb and Kim Nichols; her nephew Paul Spencer; and her close friend Barb Spicer. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
