He is survived by: his wife Jane Hooks; his children, Michael Hooks (Tabby) of Palmersville, Cindy Wilson (Mark) of Sharon and Linda Biggers of Dresden; his grandchildren, Danialle of Dresden, Gracie Wilkerson of Dresden and Barrett Sadler of Palmersville; and his great grandchild Reigh Lynn Carlton.
