He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Bailey and Ruth Boyd Bailey; and his wife LaDonna Kay Bailey. He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Rogers (Thomas) of Hollow Rock, Tennessee, Brandy Connell (Jonnie) of Big Sandy, Tennessee, Amber Mueller (Dan) of Trezevant, Tennessee, Andrea Caldwell (Chris) of Paris, Tennessee and Cassy Wells (James) of Henry, Tennessee; and his siblings, Brenda Todd (Steve) of Gleason, Tennessee, Debbie Burns of Huntingdon, Tennessee, Scotty Bailey (Nellie) of Huntingdon, Tennessee and Bruce Bailey of Huntingdon, Tennessee. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dilday-Carter Funeral Home (650 High St, Huntingdon, TN 38344). A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Comfort Cemetery.
