He was predeceased by: his wife Mary "Francis" Thomas; and his siblings, Richard, Clater, Austin Thomas, Elsie Gantt Howell and Loretta Clouse.
He is survived by: his sons, Dean (Donna) and Durel Thomas (Trish); his grandchildren, Jason (Stacy), Kenny (Tabitha), Jeremiah, Nathan, Patrick Thomas, Emily (Andrey) and Hannah Thomas (Brett); and his siblings, Frieda Thomas Boyd and Ralph Thomas. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
