He is survived by: his wife Mary G. Felts; his children, Charles "Chuck" L. Felts, Jr., Janice Laboe, Donna Elmore and Nancy Shadowens (Harry); his brother Kenneth R. Felts; and his grandchildren, Ashley Estes (Justin), Laura Farris, Brittany Trotter (Michael), Ryan Felts (Sara Smith), Tyler Felts, Christian Felts (Kaylee Waters), Kyle Brown (Jadah) and Caitlin Presgrave (Brian).
