She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Wells of Halls, TN, Woodrow Kirkpatrick III of Ripley, TN and Richard Stafford of Halls, TN; her siblings, Juanita Carmack of Henning, TN, Linda Scott of Frog Jump, TN, Pam Brown of Garden City, MO, Darlene Schroeder of Chicago, IL and Randall Shands of Halls, TN.; her husband Garland Maners; her brothers, Billy Joe Shands, Alvin Shands and Russell Shands; and her grandchildren, Josh Milam, Jason Milam, Jayden Milam, Dexter Stafford, Samantha Stafford and Case Kirkpatrick. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
