He is survived by: his children, Diane Henson of Ripley, Judy Carol Little of Brighton, Sheila Chandler of Memphis, Suzette Chumley of Brighton, Bo Lackey of Ripley, Marvin Wayne Cook of Huntsville, AL and Scott Cook of Henning; and his siblings, Pete Cook, Inez Delaney and Linda Fay Hale. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
