He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Pollock Hurst; his children, Randall Hurst (Sheila) of Springfield and Jennifer Hayes (Jerry) of Goodlettsville; his brother Don Hurst of Sandy Springs, AR; his sisters-in-law, Tina Hurst and Frances Hurst; his grandson Zachary Hall (Julia) of Goodlettsville; and his great grandchild Eli Hall.
