He was predeceased by: his mother Blanche Clendenning; his grandparents, Zack and Vera Martin; and his siblings, Betty Davis and Bobby Gann.
He is survived by: his wife Charline Martin; his children, Tony Martin (Annette Rudolph) and Cindy Troutt; his sisters, Barbara Hornal, Inez Hardison (James) and Peggy Troutt; his aunt Alline Martin; his grandchildren, David Troutt, Tonya Troutt, Alex Martin, Hannah Martin, Sarah Beth Rudolph and Miranda Rudolph; and his great grandchildren, Makayla, Karleigh, Kolton, Kamryn Troutt, Destiny, Dynasty, Dillon Parks and Kyra Troutt. He is also survived by several great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
