He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Thomas and Erin Cage; his son William "Bill" E. Cage Jr.; and his siblings, Valerie Shivers, Tom Cage and Nathan Thomas Cage Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Anne Beasley Cage; his children, Miriam Anne "Mimi" Cage and Margaret Cage Childers (Brad); his grandchildren, Nathan Robert Stinson, Miriam Elizabeth Stinson, Margaret Grace Childers, Charles Bradford Childers Jr., Annie Cage Childers and William Thomas Childers; and his siblings, Willie Cage and Cindy Carter. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
