He is survived by: his wife Shannon Hayes; his children, Hailee Hayes and Jordan Hayes (Elizabeth); his brothers, Alan Hayes, John Hayes (Andrea) and Jim Hayes (Melissa); and his siblings-in-law, Kevin Hamblin (Jane), Jim Hamblin and Lisa Hamblin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
